History
Our Beaujolais Villages grapes are harvested from the land of the communes neighbouring Fleurie.
Terroir

Grape Variety: 100% Gamay
Crystalline soil.
Winemaking & Maturing
The vinification method used is called "Beaujolais vinification" and includes semi-carbonic maceration. It is carried out under immediate and permanent temperature control.
Maturing in stainless steel vats for 4 to 5 months.
Tasting
On the palate, the tannins are silky, giving a wine that may be enjoyed from its first year or after a few years in the bottle.
Culinary Suggestions
A good partner to delicatessen meats, poultry and cheese.
Serving temperature
Enjoy at 14°C, within 2 or 3 years.
