History
Set at the northern end of the Beaujolais vinegrowing region, Cru Fleurie is often considered to be the most feminine of the Crus.

Winemaking & Maturing
The vinification method used is called ‘Beaujolais vinification' and includes semi-carbonic maceration. It is carried out under immediate and permanent temperature control and can vary from 7 to 12 days.
Maturing is traditional in stainless steel vats for 6 to 8 months.
Tasting
The nose develops floral aromas, iris, violet, with an attractive structure and silky tannins
