Characteristics:
Red ruby dress with violet reflections. Aromas of red fruits give with the age a taste of faded-rose bouquet and spices.
To keep between 5 to 10 years.
Advice of Wine waiter:
Serve at a temperature between 15 - 16 °
Wines and Dishes:
Red meat, game and strong cheeses, saucisson au Mâconnais.
