Loving our Soil
and wishing to transmit it to our children, we work our vineyards with respect. Most of the time our work is manuaL : cutting, bonding and of course grape harvesting. During this short but intensive period our vineyards resound with the songs and cries of grape-pickers : all this love will end up in our wines, final bouquet and consecration of one year of hard work.The "Cave of FLEURIE" has developed some of the best equipment for fermentation and wine-making, showing great respect to trdition and using the most advanced oenological techniques.

During the grape harvest, the gathering by location and the meticulous selection allow us to offer the complete range of the soils giving the most distinctive vintages. Perfect control of the fermentation cycle is obtained by regulation of the temperature which is quite important to extract during this operation, the whole range of mineral characteristics allied to the natural yeasts effect giving the delicate "bouquet" of our wines.
